Chitrangada Singh was born in Meerut to
associate Indian officer. She was named once Chitrangada, a personality within
the religious writing, by her mother. In her immature years, Chitrangda was
illustrious for trying just like the late histrion, Smita Patil.
Once
Chitrangda was a category IX student, she was approached by a film maker to
play the young Smita Patil, during a documentary on the actor. She received
coaching in Kathak (a classical dance) and enjoyed acting. Chitrangada Singh
graduated from girl Irwin school, national capital in 1997.
